Membership

NOSCDC membership is open to spouses of active, Reserve, retired or deceased commissioned officers of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, Army/Air National Guard, Coast Guard, and Space Force. Membership is also available to Vinson Hall residents, inactive Reserve officers, and foreign naval officers. Associate membership is for:

• Spouses of officers in armed services other than the U.S. Navy

• Spouses of foreign naval officers, and
• Former spouses, who retain a valid military ID card, of commissioned US Navy officers

Associate members shall have all the rights of regular members with the exception of serving as an officer.
