Please join me for the February Wrap-up gathering at my house in Belle Haven, just south of Old Town Alexandria. I will provide cake, gluten free cookies, coffee, tea, lemonade and water. Street parking in the neighborhood is free and usually available.

It is never too late to join and put some energy into yourself! Remember: the energy you put into creating good habits, means more automatic healthy processes in your life. Imagine being barely awake and you have already worked out - you can get there!

Are you ready to start the best year of your life? 

Do you enjoy self improvement through goal setting, habit tracking and bullet journaling?

Do you benefit from an accountability group?

We may be in different stages of life. You may be a newlywed, a grandma or balancing parenting while trying to stay sane. 

Your goal may require grit and grind, persistence and power. It may require rest, patience and acceptance. In this mutual improvement group we will set individual goals and support each other on the journey. 

We are alternating meetings live and zoom at different times and locations. You join when you can. In between meetings we stay connected in a Facebook group, which you will be added to at your initial meeting. 

Come join us to share your goals, your struggles/successes or just to be inspired. 

My tip to you is to start SMALL. It takes about 30 days to start a habit and small changes like flossing, drinking a glass of water every morning or putting your keys in a certain spot when you get home, are great ways to start the year. They add up, they can grow and they set you up for the success of bigger changes.
