2020 Spring Event — Silent Auction Donations

There are fewer things more rewarding than helping military families in your community. You can help us honor our commitment to the military families by your consideration in making a donation to the Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club’s (NOSCDC) annual spring fundraising event in May in Arlington, Virginia. Last year we were fortunate enough through donations to create elegant baskets that raised just over $5,000 to support our charities and scholarships. Previous baskets that were popular included arts and entertainment, travel and leisure, and sports memorabilia.

NOSCDC operates with the primary objective of raising funds for service-oriented causes that assist the military family and local community. Last year, we awarded funding in the amount of $50,000 in educational scholarships and charity grants. In addition to our service-related activities, NOSC promotes and preserves interest in the Navy while taking advantage of cultural opportunities in the D.C. area. Service, charity, fellowship, and commitment are the focus of our organization. Membership is open to spouses of Navy officers and spouses from other military organizations (active duty, mobilized reserves, and retirees) in the Washington, D.C., area, including northern Virginia and Maryland.

We sincerely thank you for considering our request. The Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization, and our tax ID Number is 20-3377624. For IRS documentation purposes, your donation would be a charitable contribution and no goods or services were exchanged for the donation. You will receive a formal donation receipt for your records.

We thank you for your time and interest in helping us help military families.

Very Respectfully,

Ann Mikeska
2nd Vice President
Spring Event Committee
Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club
